1. Check the lubrication of the electric lifting platform support rod pin shaft and oil cylinder, and inject sufficient lubricating grease.
2. Check if the hydraulic oil pipe is broken, and if there is any oil leakage or looseness in each joint.
3. Check the electrical circuit of the electric lifting platform for looseness and virtual connection.
4. Check if the connectors of the electrical panel box are loose and if the indicator lights are working properly.
5. Check if the electrical and hydraulic valve block control handles and buttons of the hydraulic lifting platform are flexible to operate.
6. Check if the upper and lower limit switches of the electric lifting platform are loose or damaged.
7. Check if the pin nuts at the links of the electric lifting platform are loose or detached.
8. Keep the upper and lower slides of the electric lifting platform constantly lubricated, and there should be no dry wear on the rollers and slides.
9. Check if the cable is broken to avoid rodents and other animals biting.
10. Check if the legs can be supported firmly and tighten the screws on the legs in a timely manner.
